How is a CMA conducted? After an in-person or virtual home visit, Elise will research closed, under contract, and active homes of similar size, location, age, and condition. A proper CMA should be conducted by a licensed real estate agent, preferably by one who primarily works with sellers. While online calculators may be able to give you a ball park estimate, they are often incorrect and inaccurate as they do not incorporate area knowledge. Additionally, Elise's visit will help to collect any further relevant details that would be important to and add value to the estimated range.
