From understanding your credit score to finding the perfect home, our team of experts will be on hand to answer all of your questions. During this session you'll hear from the Vermont Housing Finance Administration (VHFA), lenders at New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU), and one of our real estate agents, Nina Mazuzan! Topics will include:
- How to get preapproved with a lender
- Working with a real estate agent
- VHFA down payment assistance options
- How to get started in the home buying process

April 20, 2023: Estate Planning 101 with LMC Law, PLLC
We're hosting a free Estate Planning 101 class, led by Lisa Campion, attorney and owner of LMC Law, PLLC! During the class Lisa will discuss common estate planning myths and the benefits of estate planning for you and your loved ones. Learn about:

- Financial powers of attorney (POA)
- Trusts
- Vermont advance directives for health care
