Underhill is a residential heavy area within Chittenden county. The town, now with a population over 3,000, was founded in 1763. Underhill is home to Mount Mansfield, the highest summit in the state. It’s neighboring municipalities are Burlington, Essex, and Jericho. Underhill and Jericho have very intertwined communities, dating back to their founding. Underhill boasts some of the most scenic views in the county.
