Are we vaccinated?
Yes, our whole team is fully vaccinated (both agents and administrative staff).
Is your office open?
Yes, our office is open and we are following all Vermont state protocol. Fully vaccinated visitors do not need to wear a mask but unvaccinated or partially vaccinated guests must wear a mask inside.
Are showings and open houses happening?
Yes. We are allowed to conduct showings and open houses and are following all Covid-19 guidelines established by the state of Vermont. Please note that some individual sellers may require masks or other procedures and we will respect all requests.
What virtual options are available?
- We are able to conduct 100% virtual showings for you by going to the showings ourselves and using the video chat service of your choice to take you through the home.
- Most attorneys are now offering closing by "Power of Attorney," enabling the entire closing to be done virtually. Some attorneys' offices are now offering in-person closings, but this varies by office.
- If you are considering buying or selling, we can conduct a consult over the video chat service of your choice. This has come in handy for many out-of-state buyers who wouldn't be able to be here in person even without Covid-19 restrictions.
- If you are out-of-state, we can attend your home inspection on your behalf and keep you in the loop.
